Dale Hanson Bourke

Dale Hanson Bourke is president of PDI, a marketing and publishing consulting company, and author of 10 books. Her next book is Immigration, part of The Skeptic's Guides® series published by InterVarsity Press. Other books in the series include The Israeli-Palestinian Conflict, Responding to HIV/AIDS, and Global Poverty.

She is also the author of Embracing Your Second Calling (Thomas Nelson Publishing) a book to help women find passion and purpose in the second half of life.

Previously president of the CIDRZ Foundation, SVP of World Relief, and Publisher of Religion News Service, she has also been a nationally-syndicated columnist. She has traveled extensively in the developing world and has written for Reader's Digest, the Washington Post, Huffington Post, Christianity Today, Sojourners, and many other publications.

Dale has served on the boards of World Vision (US and International), International Justice Mission, ECFA, Sojourners, Opportunity International, CIFA, and currently serves on the board of MAP International. A member of National Presbyterian Church, she lives near Washington, DC with her husband and is the mother of two grown sons.
