Her friends would say that Lesa is passionate about empowering women; therefore she is proud to be a founding member of INK. Lesa serves on the board of Missio Alliance and the Economic Security Grants Review Committee for the Dallas Women’s Foundation.  For the past several years, she has lead an annual trip to partner with the House of Hope a nonprofit in Nicaragua helping women escape prostitution. As the House of Hope ministry has expanded to other countries, Lesa was delighted to join the International board this year. Today, Lesa finds herself completely taken by empowering three small girls - her first granddaughters Lucy, Jane, and Lennon.

Lesa earned a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies from Columbia International University. A native Texan and current resident of Dallas, Lesa has a chronic case of wanderlust, is wild about reading (favorite book, Jane Eyre), live music, and anything from the seventies hippie era.
